Leadership development

We equip our members with Biblical principles and skills of leadership to model servant leadership as they prepare to take active part in the social life and in the church.

Starting with small groups, GBU members are trained to serve in leadership roles in their respective communities. On a GBU level, different trainings are organized to equip members with leadership skills and character development. On the national and regional level, students leaders come together twice a year in the “National leadership training”. National leadership training is two days program that brings together GBU leaders from all over the country to study about Christian leadership. They are equipped with skills on vision setting, strategic planning, organization, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

We want to ensure that every leader in GBU understands the character development of a godly leader and the basics of leadershi. We want to prepare those whom we know are future leaders in society and church to become leaders of integrity. Leaders who are ready and willing to serve those they lead. Leaders with skills and reliable character. Leaders who use their power not for themselves but rather for the interest of all.
